The European Federation of Education Employers was proud to take part in today’s midterm review event for the European Education Area – a gathering organised by the European Commission and the European Parliament. The event provided an opportunity to assess both the progress made so far in establishing the EEA and to discuss the remaining challenges related to key issues affecting the education sector throughout Europe – tackling topics such as fairness in education, active citizenship, supporting teachers, and mutual diploma recognition across the EEA.

During the afternoon session, our Secretary General Daniel Wisniewski also had the opportunity to speak and to provide EFEE’s point of view on these issues, as well as on the future of the EEA. More information about the event is available here.
