Crisis-Resilient School Management: Education Preparedness in the 21st Century
The first in-person workshop of the PREPar-Ed project – Preparedness and Resilience Planning for Education, taking place on 13–14 October 2026 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The workshop will be hosted by project partner ZRVS.
The event will focus on Crisis-Resilient School Management, exploring how education systems can better prepare for periods of crisis and how education employers and school leaders can strengthen institutional capacity before crises occur.
The workshop will bring together education employers, school leaders and other education stakeholders to exchange experiences, discuss challenges and approaches to crisis preparedness, and contribute to the wider objectives of the PREPar-Ed project.
This will be the first of three thematic workshops organised within PREPar-Ed, which aims to support education systems in developing stronger preparedness and institutional resilience in times of crisis.
