At the European Federation of Education Employers (EFEE), we are publishing our official response to the European Commission’s consultation on the New Action Plan on the Implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights (EPSR).
In our response, we highlight the importance of investing in people’s skills and lifelong learning, strengthening the role of social partners in education, and tackling key challenges such as teacher shortages and access to quality training.
We believe that quality education is both a public good and a strategic asset for Europe’s democratic values and competitiveness. That’s why we call for concrete, measurable objectives and stronger investment in education and training.
