The European Federation of Education Employers (EFEE) is excited to announce a call for tender for a video-maker to support the TeachProgress project, titled “Empowering Tomorrow’s Educators: Education employers supporting the teaching profession through career progression structures”

Role Description
EFEE is looking for a video-maker who can capture the dynamic atmosphere of the events and transform recorded footage into professional, publishable videos. The successful candidate will:
- Participate in a pre-event online meeting with EFEE to clarify themes and formats.
- Record high-quality video, audio, and photography during the three in-person events.
- Produce multiple deliverables:
- A short promotional video (45 seconds to 2 minutes) delivered within one week after each event.
- A mid-length content-driven video (3–5 minutes) per event, featuring key moments and interviews.
- A final project film (5–10 minutes) that encapsulates the project’s storyline, outcomes, and policy recommendations.
- Implement feedback promptly to ensure all content meets EFEE’s standards.
- Capture high-quality photographs for use on EFEE’s and participants’ social media platforms.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered, candidates must demonstrate:
- A proven track record in photography, video recording, and editing.
- Preferably, an understanding of the education sector and social dialogue structures.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Availability to attend all three in-person events as well as associated preparatory and feedback sessions.

Interested video-makers are invited to submit a bid that includes:
- A detailed explanation of qualifications and relevant project experience, supported by references from similar projects.
- A comprehensive budget breakdown listing costs by task, including an estimation of the number of working days and, if applicable, the involvement of additional team members.
