At the European Federation of Education Employers (EFEE), we are pleased to launch a call for tender for an Expert Researcher within the framework of our new European project, PREPar-Ed – Preparedness and Resilience Planning for Education: Empowering Employers to Build Institutional Capacity in Times of Crisis.
This two-year project aims to strengthen the capacity of education employers and institutions to anticipate, respond to, and recover from crises, while ensuring the continuity and quality of education across Europe.
EFEE is seeking an experienced researcher to support the project’s evidence-based work, including comparative analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the development of key project outputs such as reports and guidelines. The selected expert will play a central role in shaping the project’s research dimension and contributing to its impact at both national and European levels.
The call is open to researchers with strong expertise in areas such as education governance, crisis preparedness, resilience, and social dialogue in education.
